Replacement Policy

All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. If your selection is defective, contact our technical support department (within 30 days) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) info@Hartsunlimited.com. Defective products will be replaced upon receipt of product. Hartsunlimited.com will gladly and promptly replace any product where the media proves to be defective with the same product type free of charge provided the product is returned within 30 days of Invoice date with all original packaging. All returns must have an RMA#
